Beta Electrical Engineering PDPL Explicit Consent Form

Various personal data of the employees of Beta Periyodik Kontrol Elektrik Mühendislik İth. İhr. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. may be processed by Beta Periyodik Kontrol Company in its capacity as data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. The purpose and method of data processing and transmission status are specified below.

Purposes of Processing your Personal Data:

Beta Periyodik Kontrol Company collects and processes personal data regarding the activities it carries out pursuant to occupational safety and social security regulations. The processing of personal data adheres to the Constitutional personal rights and freedoms, personal privacy, observance of law, and respect for personal values/preferences, and fulfills the requirements of Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL by observing the benefits of the data subjects subject to his/her consent as necessary.

Accordingly our company;

• Collects the documents and information required in terms of occupational health and safety and social security regulations of employees, subcontractors and visitors; and it creates, stores and process personnel files.
• Collects, stores and processes data such as camera, video, audio recording and digital correspondences, etc., related to the works performed by employees, subcontractors and visitors in their offices and workplaces.
• Collects, stores and processes data such as remote monitoring, audio and video recording, etc., in company means used by employees, subcontractors and visitors.
• Collects, stores and processes personal data for employees, subcontractors and visitors to provide them with emergency, medicinal and protective treatment services.
• Collects, stores and processes personal data in order to provide a secure life in any places such as offices, work-sites, fields, etc., of employees, subcontractors and visitors.
• Collects, stores and processes personal data of the participants for all kinds of activities, courses, development programs, exhibitions, conferences, workshops and meetings organized to ensure the development of employees, subcontractors and visitors.

Transfer of Your Personal Data;

Our company can share your personal data, as stated in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL, for the following purposes with respect to its activities;

• Our company can share personal files prepared in accordance with occupational safety and social security regulations and other personal data that may be requested by the customers , in order to do business in work places of the our customers following the agreements the company has made at home and abroad.
• Our company can share your personal data with the relevant institution for all kinds of activities, courses, development programs, exhibitions, conferences and workshops that its employees and subcontractors will participate at home and abroad.
• Our company can share your personal data that may be requested by social security institution, labor inspector offices, tax offices, municipalities, the ministry of justice and its affiliated units, police, gendarmerie and any other governmental organizations and professional chambers.
• Our company can share any digital and printed correspondences made by its employees with the customers, suppliers, etc.

Your rights as a data subject:

PDPL Article 11 defines the rights of data subjects regarding their personal information. Accordingly, real persons whose data is processed by Beta Periyodik Kontrol Company are entitled to learn whether or not their data is being processed, the content of data processed and the purpose of processing, to be informed about data transmission within the country or abroad, to request erasure of data if the reasons requiring data processing no longer exist and/or amendment of their personal data, and to appeal against procedures that are believed to lead to an unfavorable consequence for the data subject.

Method of Personal Data Collection:

Your personal data may be collected through our corporate web sites, e-mail or other communication means, or during various applications such as job application, etc., and through various methods in written form or electronically.

You can send your questions and applications concerning the PDPL by registered return mail or submit in person to the following address, or by electronically-signed secure email to info@betaelektrik.com.tr. Please include your identity, contact information and mailing address for us to help us recognize and communicate with you. You will be notified of the outcome within 30 days free of charge. If your request requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee in accordance with the tariffs which shall be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
